A traditional New Zealand dessert, the popular ‘pav’ dates back to the 1920s when it was lovingly first created. Since then this dish has become a ‘must have’ staple at many Kiwi family celebrations, including Christmas. A true Kiwi classic, a good pavlova is best served with fresh kiwifruit, harvested from a local orchard.
